At the moment please allow 5-14 days unless stated otherwise via EMAIL. You will get a shipping confirmation in your email the day your order has been packed and prepped for shipping.

JUNE 19, 2020  ALLOW UP TO 2-3WKS FOR SHIPPING WITH TRACKING INFORMATION. SHIPPING COULD ALSO BE EARLIER. 

 

RETURN POLICY

Right now due to order on demand, all sales are final. Please check your chosen product sizing, shipping address and billing address that you are submitting is correct as it cannot be modified or changed, if your items are returned because of an invalid address we will have to charge you to reship your package.

As orders cannot be modified, they can be cancelled if there are errors in your order within 24hrs of notice. Then you are able to place another order correctly.

The stock is not available for size corrections and/or exchanges at this very moment. All sales final - no returns or exchanges at this moment. Please contact us with any questions before you place your order. All items will be inspected before shipping to help prevent damaged quality. 

MY ORDER HAS SHOW "IN-TRANSIT" FOR A LONG TIME?

Any orders that are in transit for over 20 days, please reach out to your local customs office to see if the package has been held up in customs and is requesting a customs fee. If you find nothing at your local customs office, please contact us to help resolve the issue.
